Health care projects rarely go exactly as planned. That’s not a failure, it’s reality. Beyond Foundations: Making Projects Work in an Uncertain World is designed for health care professionals who want to lead projects that stay aligned with evolving needs, especially in complex environments.
Project management skills apply across many job families and functions, and class participants will gain practical strategies and tactics they can use immediately.
Participants will learn how to:
- Translate broad strategic goals into clear, actional steps.
- Uncover what stakeholders really need (and how to handle when that’s different from what they asked for).
- Use tools like stakeholder analysis, process mapping and iterative planning to drive smarter outcomes.
Register now to secure your spot this fall. This virtual course starts Oct. 15 and meets twice a week for six weeks. Upon completion, participants will receive a certificate of completion and 24 PDUs/Contact Hours. These credits never expire and can be applied at any time in the future toward applying for or maintaining a PMI® certification.
