Join us on Sept. 9 from noon-1 p.m. for “Six Steps to Actionable Change for Rural Health” presented by Lonnie Hirsch, Michael Marchand and Sally Mildren from Rural Health Strategies. For rural health care organizations and the communities they serve, change may feel like the only constant right now. Deciding to make a change is one thing but ensuring that change and strategic decisions produce results is another thing altogether.
This webinar will explore six steps to actionable change:
- Setting your change vision
- Evaluating the impact
- Engaging your stakeholders
- Creating the change plan
- Building the communications plan
- Monitoring & evaluating the results
This framework is designed to help you and your board or leadership work through foundational questions. The steps also highlight information you need to ensure your plan is aligned internally and can be communicated and executed externally.
