WSHA’s 8th annual Olympia Advocacy Day is just over the horizon on Jan. 29, 2026. Each year, this event welcomes hospital CEOs, administrators, government affairs staff, and other invited hospital leaders and board members.
Advocacy day is your chance to meet face-to-face with state lawmakers, share your hospital story and help shape health care policy in Washington. WSHA provides talking points, a virtual briefing before the trip and schedules your visits in Olympia. You can find the event agenda and hotel booking links on WSHA’s website.
Please complete the registration form by Dec. 5, 2025 to allow time for meeting requests with legislators. Each participant from your hospital or health system should register separately. Be sure to coordinate with your hospital CEO/Administrator and government affairs leaders. We recommend registering no more than three people per facility due to limited space at the Capitol.
Reach out to Liz Cortez at LizC@wsha.org with questions. Thank you for ensuring hospitals have a strong voice in Olympia. We look forward to seeing you there.
Sincerely,
Jacqueline Barton True
