The 2025 Medicaid Quality Incentive data period ends Dec. 31, 2025. Data for most measures can still be submitted through Jan. 31, 2026 – however, we strongly encourage hospitals to begin reviewing their data and finalizing submissions now to ensure time to address questions or technical difficulties.
Some hospitals are not on track to receive the incentive, but may still be eligible if missing data is submitted before the deadline. Please take a moment to review your progress in DASH on the MQI Facility Progress Dashboard.
As a reminder, financial reporting is also required to receive the incentive. You can review your facility’s submissions on our DOH Timeliness Dashboard.
Critical Access Hospitals are not eligible for the financial incentive but are recognized for their participation in the MQI quality data submission through the CAH Achievement of Quality Excellence.
