Scholarship available for the American Hospital Association’s Next Generation Leaders Fellowship

Are you a WSHA member with a rising star in your organization? Apply for the Richard J. Umbdenstock Next Generation Leadership Scholarship, a national opportunity that recognizes emerging leaders advancing innovative strategies to improve access to care and strengthen health care delivery.  

The scholarship provides entry into the American Hospital Association’s Next Generation Leaders Fellowship, a competitive year-long professional development program that pairs participants with senior executive mentors and culminates in a capstone project focused on advancing meaningful organizational impact.  

Note: scholarship and fellowship applications are a combined process. To be considered for the Umbdenstock Scholarship, applicants must also apply to the AHA Next Generation Leaders Fellowship, and both share the same March 31 deadline. (Beth Zborowski)
