DESCRIPTION:The Naloxone Saturation Sprint is a 5-month initiative designed to help obstetric departments implement naloxone in-hand distribution. Hospitals that agree to participate will receive:   \n\nFree naloxone kits  \nMedication lock bags \nImplementation materials \nMonthly technical assistance calls\n1:1 coaching as needed\nData collection resources \nSupport in gaining hospital leadership alignment \n\nWe are seeking obstetric department participants that are interested in implementing harm reduction strategies\, have emerging or established support for this work and can commit to collecting simple data about implementation.  \nTimeframe of the Sprint: February – June\, 2026
