Most health care projects don’t fail because of bad intentions — they struggle because the path forward isn’t always clear. Beyond Foundations is a hands-on course for health care professionals who are tired of seeing good ideas get stuck in planning, misalignment or scope creep. Whether you’re launching a new initiative or fine-tuning existing operations, participants will learn the tools and frameworks to lead in real-world complexity.
This course is great for all levels of health care professionals responsible for implementing change or leading projects, from clinical leaders tasked with operational improvements to administrators or strategy leads working on system-wide transformations.
Register now to secure your spot this fall. This virtual course starts Oct. 15 and meets twice a week for six weeks.
Upon completion, participants will receive a certificate and 24 PDUs/Contact Hours. These credits never expire and can be applied in the future toward applying for or maintaining a PMI® certification.
Group discounts are available. Flex funding may be available for critical access hospitals. Contact Megan Herman at meganh@wsha.org. For more information, email Jenn Bui at jennb@wsha.org. (Jenn Bui)
