From cyber risk management to planning for leadership transitions, the agenda for this year’s WSHA & AWPHD Rural Hospital Leadership Conference is packed with opportunities to learn from colleagues. From June 22–25, rural hospital and public hospital district leaders will gather for three days of connection, learning and forward-thinking leadership.
This year’s sessions cover essential topics, including high-functioning boards, artificial intelligence, policy updates, workforce, succession planning, and more. The agenda (LINK 2025 AWPHD & WSHA Rural Hospital Leadership Conference | Washington State Hospital Association was planned with input from a member advisory group to ensure it provides the tools and information you need to face the challenges ahead.
The conference kicks off Sunday evening followed by a packed agenda Monday through Wednesday. Attendees can also look forward to two relaxed social events: a reception at Harmony Meadows Tennis Resort and a family-friendly BBQ on the beach.
