WHS is launching Finance for Operational Leaders, a new six-week virtual program in February 2026 to help healthcare professionals strengthen their financial literacy and leadership impact.

Participants will discover how healthcare systems are paid, gain tools to interpret financial statements and build strategies to make informed decisions that drive performance. The course is designed and delivered by Hilary Whittington, President of MultiCare’s Pulse Heart Institute. Participants will learn directly from an experienced healthcare executive who brings real-world insights from both rural and urban C-suite hospital, health system and institute leadership.
Course schedule: Virtual weekly sessions, Tuesdays 10:10-11:50 a.m.
