Participants learn how to lead effective teams, navigate and resolve workplace conflict, and conduct meaningful coaching conversations that drive performance and engagement. With practical tools and real-world scenarios, LEAD Academy helps emerging leaders step into their roles with confidence and lead with clarity from day one.
